Cancellation 
Policy

Here at BYWAY Counseling & Wellness Center, customer loyalty and satisfaction come first. Within that measure of success, we strive to keep your appointment wait time to a minimum. In return, we ask that you kindly give us at least a 48-hour advance notice of appointment cancellation so that other clients may have the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We kindly ask that ALL clients comply with this policy. Refusal may prohibit booking future appointments with a service provider. A full session fee is charged for no show or late cancelled appointments without giving 48 hours advanced notice.

*No Show Appointment also includes if you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment.
